NTA UGC NET Unfair means Guidelines!

NTA has provided some rules and regulations for the candidates regarding their behavior in the exam hall.

Below you can check all the unfair means that will be dealt with as per the rules.

  • If you are found to be in possession of any of the items which are listed below, then your candidature will be treated as cancelled.

Here check the item lists –

Textual material, Docu Pen, Log tables and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, bits of papers, calculators, mobile phone, pager, blue-tooth devices or any other electronic gadget/device, etc.

You will also be debarred for future examinations.  The found item will be seized and the case will be treated as one of ‘unfair means’

  • You should maintain silence and attend your question paper only. Any type of conversation, gesticulation or disturbance in the examination hall will be deemed as misbehavior.
  • You must not attempt or give any kind of assistance during the exam. This may lead in cancellation of your candidature.
  • If you found using unfair means or impersonating, the National Testing Agency can cancel your candidature and will be liable to be debarred for taking the examination permanently or for a specified period.
